Privacy policy

This is a repair shop, not a data business. We collect the minimum needed to call you back about your car, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect

• What you type into a form. Your name, phone number, and optionally your email, vehicle and a description of the problem. We use it to know you're coming and to call you back about your vehicle. Nothing else.
• What you type into the site assistant. Your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. Don't put anything sensitive in there — it's a chat window on a website, not a secure channel.
• Basic server logs. Standard request data kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
• Basic website analytics. Google Analytics records page visits, device and browser information, and interactions such as call-button clicks and completed drop-off forms. We do not send form contents or chat messages to analytics.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.
• We don't email you marketing you didn't ask for.

Third parties

A small number of services make this site work: our hosting provider, Google Analytics, the AI provider that powers the assistant, and the delivery service that gets a drop-off notice into our inbox. Each of them only sees what is needed to do that job. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google, which means Google can see that your browser loaded it.

Your choices

Want your information removed? Call (804) 737-2828 or write to us at 320 W Williamsburg Rd, Sandston, VA 23150and we'll delete what we have. There is no account to close and no mailing list to leave.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes
