Since 1980
46 years of not
getting over on people
There is a sentence in one of our Google reviews that does a better job of explaining this business than anything we could write: "As me being a woman, they don't try to get over."
That is the whole thing. It is why people who moved out of Sandston twenty years ago still drive back here, why a man in Chesterfield County has been bringing his cars to us since the nineties, and why we have never needed to advertise very hard.
Chad spent twenty years in the United States Marine Corps before he ever picked up the keys to this place. Dana runs the other half of it. It is veteran-owned, woman-owned and family-run, and it has been at the same address on Williamsburg Road since 1980.

How we got here
Four and a half decades, one building
1980
The doors open at 320 W Williamsburg Road. Sandston has a fraction of the traffic it has now and the airport is a good deal smaller.
The 90s
Cars get computers. The shop learns them, because the alternative is turning away neighbours.
Today
Chad — twenty years in the Marine Corps before he ran a shop — and Dana keep it family-run. Same address, same principle: don't get over on people.
2026
46 years in one building, 1,248 verified reviews, and a lot of second- and third-generation customers.
What you can hold us to
Four promises, and how you check them
You see what we saw
Every inspection finding comes with a photo and a measurement. If we say a rotor is under minimum thickness, you get the number and the stamped minimum next to it.
Nothing happens without a yes
The estimate goes to you before the wrench does. Our reviews say this more often than anything else, which is the only proof worth having.
We tell you when to leave it alone
A brake pad with 6mm left is a next-year job, and we say so. A repair that costs more than the car is worth gets told to you straight, even when we lose the work.
A person answers
During business hours you get a human on (804) 737-2828, not a menu. If we are under a car, we call you back.
In their words
Not our copywriting
As me being a woman, they don't try to get over.
The staff are professional and explains everything very clearly. They are honest and transparent with no attempts to upsell unnecessary services. I highly recommend this shop for reliable work.
I've been taking my cars to this shop for over 20 years (I live in Chesterfield Co) for a long range of services from brakes, tires and general maintenance. Always satisfied with their work and customer service is top notch.
Come see the place.
